Magnetic tile (arc-magnet) is mainly used in permanent magnet DC motor. Different from the electromagnetic motor generates magnetic potential source through the excitation coil, permanent magnet motor generates a constant magnetic potential source through the permanent magnetic material. Permanent magnet magnetic tile, instead of electric excitation, has many advantages. The common multi-wire saw machines on market are designed for flat-cutting only, to cut the materials into thin flat sheets.

The arc-cutting machine moves up the working bench by X & Y axles in double directions, vertically and horizontally.
Vertical moving up of the bench is keeping the material being cut from top to bottom in a straight line. During this process, when we add additional horizontal moving on the bench and the material, it will be cut in a arc rout, then the mass arc-magnets come out. That’s how this machine complete a arc-cutting.
